Hogwarts Legacy Early Access – start time and additional details
The Hogwarts Legacy hype train will soon be arriving at Platform 9 and 3/4 – heralding the arrival of the wizarding game. With the magical title being made available on multiple platforms, anticipation is high.

In preparation for its imminent release, we’ll be going into a few specific details ahead of its launch including its Early Access period and release time.
Can I play Hogwarts Legacy early?
You can only play Hogwarts Legacy early if you pre-ordered either the Deluxe or the Collector’s Edition on the PS5, the Xbox Series X|S, or the PC. Those who did will be given a 72-hour early access period in addition to a number of other goodies, such as access to the Dark Arts Battle Arena and the Dark Arts Cosmetic Set.

It’s important to note that this early access period may only be available to those that pre-order the Digital version since physical copies may not be arriving until release day itself. Be sure to check with your local retailer.
What time can you play Hogwarts Legacy?
The Hogwarts Legacy early access period for Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5 will begin on February 6 at 9 PM PT and on February 7 at 12 AM ET / 5 AM GMT. Unfortunately, PC users will have to wait a little longer as theirs will become available on February 7 at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET / 6 PM GMT.

Previous gen console users will apparently not be able to play the game early since it will only be released for the PS4 and Xbox One on April 4, 2023. Nintendo Switch players will have to be even more patient as their launch day will be on July 25, 2023.

As mentioned before, Hogwarts Legacy will start on February 6 at 9 PM PT and February 7 at 12 AM ET / 5 AM GMT for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S users.
